Preceded in death by his parents, William Asa Howard, Jr. and Cynthia Ashworth Howard, wurvivors include his wife, Virginia Price Howard; sons, John Howard of Beaumont, Matthew Howard, Phillip Howard and Josh Howard; daughters, Paula Spencer and Loretta Warren; sisters, Lucille Ellis and Christine Braneff; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
