ANDERSON, Marie Collette Joy - Born December 29, 1938; passed away peacefully April 16, 2007, at home in Penngrove, CA after a three-year battle with cancer. Born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii, she moved to Sonoma County 40 years ago. She is survived by her dearly beloved husband of 45 years, Dr. Lauren D. Anderson of Penngrove, CA, her children Kim Murphey, Scott Anderson, and Alec Anderson, and their families. Her favorite past-times were gardening, cooking, painting and spending time with her five grandchildren, and with family and friends. She was a member of Santa Rosa Alliance Church, AWS Art Club, Artist's Round Table, and Sonoma Country Orchid Society. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, May 5, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Santa Rosa Alliance Church, 301 Fulton Road, Santa Rosa, CA.
