Meffert, Otto C. Age 100, died Monday, February 8, 1982, at Kith Haven in Ypsilanti. He was born October 9, 1881 in Erie, Ohio. Mr. Meffert had been an Ann Arbor resident most of his life. In 1906, he maried Mary Steinman in Michigan, she preceded him in death in 1968. Mr. Meffert had been a farmer all of his life and a member of St. ThomasCatholic Church of Ann Arbor. Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Leslie (Ruth) Stumpf of Ann Arbor; one son, Donald of Dearborn, Mich.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held Friday, February 12, at 11 a. m. from St. Thomas Catholic Church of Ann Arbor. Burial will be made in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Dexter, Mich.
