Thanks to member Betty Alberts for death details and the following obituary from the Douglas Budget, Douglas, WY, 2 Feb. 1928:

NETTIE TITUS EDWARDS

Mrs. Nettie Titus Edwards died Friday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edna Trosper. She had been ill many months.

Nettie Titus was born at Waterloo, Ia., February 21, 1856. She was married to George E. Edwards September 24, 1874. Six years ago Mr. and Mrs. Edwards came to Douglas to make their home with their daughter, Mrs. Trosper, Mr. Edwards passing away just two years ago. Besides the daughter, Mrs. Trosper, a son, Clyde F. Edwards of Mason City, Ia., survives.

A woman of beautiful character, radiating cheerfulness, Mrs. Edwards had won the affection of the acquaintances she made during her life here. Even during the long period of her illness she maintained that cheerful attitude that had made her so lovable.

Funeral services were held at the Hofmann Chapel Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. J. E. Ledbetter, pastor of the Baptist church, of which Mrs. Edwards was a member. The body was taken that evening to Dunkerton, Ia., accompanied by Mrs. Edwards' daughter, Mrs. Trosper, and granddaughters, Mrs. Coleman Hancock and Miss Irene Edwards. Burial was had at Dunkerton, beside her husband.
