Lisa will reunite in heaven with her father, Cameron and, brother, Michael. Lisa was born in Pocatello, Idaho August 12, 1959; she graduated Highland High School in 1977, and became a stay at home mom for her children. Lisa's love for her family and her community made her a well-known person in Bear Lake. Working at the local service station gave her the rare opportunity to meet many people, and her ability to be loved and give love so quickly made her a good friend to everyone in town. In September of 1992, Lisa married Kenneth Lloyd and their two families combined. Lisa became part-time mediator and part-time referee, but earned the love, respect and undying devotion of her family. Lisa loved the outdoors; camping, hunting and fishing were her favorite pastimes. The cabin in Island Park held many fond memories for her. Whether it was bear hunting with Kenneth, or just escaping the troubles of everyday life with her kids, she truly enjoyed her time there making memories with her family. The family would like to thank everyone who has helped and the outpouring of support they have received. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 3, 2008, at noon in the Montpelier Stake Center Third Ward. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Matthews Mortuary and on Monday morning at the church from 10 until 11:45 a.m. before the service. WHAT IS A MOM
A mom is one of life's best gifts, Someone to treasure all life through, She's caring and loving, Thoughtful and true, Someone who is always a special part of your life, Someone who holds a prime place in your heart, She's a mentor, a confident and also a friend, Someone on whose love you can depend. A mom always has your best interests at heart, She's someone so dear and so good, She's a blessing, she's a gift, She's a treasure like no other, She's someone that is truly wonderful. Wherever you go, and whatever you do, A mom's love will always see you through, A mom is truly invaluable, Indispensable and unforgettable. I wouldn't want anyone but you, And that's why I'm so grateful, that life picked you for me. _________________________________________________
IN MEMORY OF MY MOM
You were a precious gift from God above, so much beauty, grace and love. You touched our hearts in so many ways, your smile so bright even on the bad days. You heard God's whisper calling you home, you didn't want to go and leave us alone. You loved us so much, you held on tight, till all the strength was gone and you could no longer fight. He had called your name twice before, you knew you couldn't make him wait anymore. So you gave your hand to God and slowly drifted away, knowing that with our love we will be together again some day. _________________________________________________
You may own a million dollars, But your, are the poorest in the land if you don't have your beloved mom to clasp your lonely hand. Though her smile is gone forever and her hand you cannot touch still we have many memories of our mom we loved so much.
This is our keepsake, with which We'll never part; God has her in his keeping- We have her in are hearts. So, You who have a mother Cherish her with care For you'll never know the heartache 'Til she's no longer there.' _________________________________________________
DEAR MOTHER MINE IN HEAVEN
Some time has passed by Since Mom you said goodbye But your precious deep love Remains here inside of me.
My memory can call you To front stage center acting, You're so familiar neat ways Then you're alive again to me.
Oh how I wish I could call, That you would pick up the phone, I would do it if I could But the phone is dead to Heaven.
I knew you were ready to go And you had a very full life But I miss you so very much, Greet me, please, at Heaven door. _________________________________________________
THINKING OF YOU
I miss you so much. Everyday I expect the phone to ring or a letter to come, but it doesn't.
I hop you know how much I love you and even though you have passed from this life you are forever in my heart. You were such a fine young person ready to share with the world all the talents you had. I count my blessings to have had you here as long as I did but I wish it was longer.
