Impressive funeral rites were held
from the Paris Second Ward chapel
Friday for Mrs. Anne Schlunegger,
70 who died last Wednesday following
an attack of heart trouble. She had
been making her home for the past
few years with her daughter and son
in- law Mr. and Mrs Arthur Lewis of
this city.
Bishop Edward T. Shepherd presided
over the services and was one of the
speakers. The invocation was offered
by Christian Tueller, and appropriate
music by a quartette composed of
Bishop Edward T. Shepherd, H. L. Spencer,
Mrs. H. L. Spencer and Mrs Llles
Grimmett, and a solo by Miss Blossom
Wilks. The Speakers were Pres. Roy
A. Welker, Bishop Dan R. Price. Fred
Ochenbein and Simon Einsinger
The benediction was pronounced by
L. L. Ringle The grave was dedicated
by James L. Dunford.
The deceased was born at Wengen
Switzerland, and emigrated to America
Oct. 4, 1912 with three children. They
are Mrs. Arthur Lewis and Mrs. Got-
friei Jaussi of this city, and a son In
California. Another son not emigrating
with the family resides at Zurich,
