Kevin was the beloved son of Hugh and Jill McGinley, and was a very special person. Friendly and outgoing, he was very nurturing to his nephew, and they were as close as brothers. He was a good student and made lasting friendships. Kevin's life brutally ended in pain and terror when he was attacked, beaten and pushed into the path of a tractor-trailer truck on a Florida highway. In spite of the OVER-WHELMING evidence of foul play, and instead of bringing his killers to justice, the Tampa, Florida police and highway authorities have protected those killers, probably for political reasons and their unwillingness to admit their incompetence. Kevin and his family will not give up until they have received justice. This is not an unsolved murder case, but it is a fast-growing, notorious case against the Florida authorities, depicting the atrocity of government to the entire country when they bend to corruption and fail to protect and serve the public.
You may read more about Kevin's case, his killers, the killers' protectors and the entire cover-up involving the entire Florida Highway Patrol and the entire Florida state authorities by logging onto: Plea For Justice where you may also sign a written by Hugh McGinley to end the criminal cover-up by the Police and State of Florida of the murder of his son, Kevin. Thank you for taking the time to make a difference for even one of America's sons.
