JULIE LYNNE HATCH LINDSAY KATHERINE HATCH IAN MICHAEL HATCH "My Love, My Life" JULIE LYNNE HATCH, 38, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2003. Julie was born in Ann Arbor, Mich. Julie was a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter and aunt. Julie, 38 was a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter, and aunt. She was a member of St.Vincent dePaul Catholic Church and was involved with the Assistance League of Fort Wayne, Canterbury School and Smith Air Field (SAFE). She loved traveling to visit with family and friends, and was an avid gardener.
She was killed in a plane crash with her daughter, Lindsay and son, Ian. Her husband, Dr.Stephan Hatch (the pilot) and another son, Austin survived the crash.
Surviving in addition to her husband and son, are her parents, Ronald and Rita Siwik of Cleveland, OH; grandmother, Ruth Crosby of Tecumseh, MI; ,Anthony and Kay Siwik of Cleveland,OH; brother,Steven (Violet) Siwik of Tucson, AZ., and a sister, Mary Toth also of Cleveland.
Survivors of Lindsay and Ian include father, Dr. Stephen Hatch, and brother, Austin Hatch; grandparents, Ronald and Rita Siwik; grandparents, James and Margaret Hatch of Fountain Hills, Ariz.; great-grandmother, Ruth Crosby; great-grandmother, Ann O'Donnell of Winter Park, Fla.; great-grandparents, Anthony and Kay Siwik; uncle, Steven Siwik (aunt, Violet; cousins, Jeffrey and Jeremy); aunt, Mary Toth (uncle, Michael; cousins, Bradley, William and Sarah); aunt, Julie Merz of Valparaiso (uncle, David; cousins, Jordan, Evan and Hanna); uncle, Michael Hatch of Pasadena, Calif. (aunt, Ellen; cousins, James and Andrew); and many other loving friends and relatives. Words of Remembrance and a Mass for Celebration of Life are 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, 1502 East Wallen Road. Rite of Christian Burial to be arranged at a later date. Donations may be made to the Hatch Charitable Gift Fund, in care of, D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN, 46825, who are in charge of arrangements. Julie, Lindsay, and Ian loved God and spread sunshine and love upon everyone they touched. May their light continue in Heaven and on Earth.
