Dr. JESSE M. PRICE, 85, of Georgia, formerly of Somerville, retired pharmacist, former owner of Price's Drug Store and Lakeview Pharmacy and Somerville city alderman for 18 years, died Sunday in Austell, Ga. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Somerville First Baptist Church, where he was a 67-year member and a deacon, with burial in Somerville City Cemetery. Peebles Fayette County Funeral Home has charge. He was a World War II veteran, a member of Methodist Fayette Hospital Advisory Board, a former member of Somerville Lions Club and a graduate of Fayette County High School and the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences. Dr. Price, the husband of Hazel Sloan Price, also leaves a son, Dr. Jesse M. Price Jr. of Woodstock, Ga.; a sister, Irene Sanders of Somerville, and three grandchildren.
