Justice Baer, aged 85 years, died suddenly at his home in Masontown, Friday morning, January 20, 1928, at 6 o'clock from heart trouble.
He was born August 13, 1843.
His wife Barbara preceded him in death 11 years ago.
Mr. Baer is survived by three children, David Elmer Baer of Atlantic City, Mrs. Frank Ewart of Masontown and Menno Simon Baer of Masontown, together with one brother, Lewis Baer of Dunbar, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Riffle of Messmore.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
