Lou Ann Littlefield, 57, of Stoneham, died Monday, Nov. 3, 1997, at her home.Visitation will be Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at the First Christian Church in Sterling.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Christian Evangelical Free Church in New Raymer, or to Hospice, 615 Fairhurst St., Sterling, CO 80751.
Mrs. Littlefield was born December 23, 1939, in Kimball, Nebraska to Kenneth and Louise (Phillips) McEndaffer.
She attended Stoney Buttes, New Raymer and Liberty schools. She was in the marching band in high school and graduated from Kimball High School in 1957.
She married Robert Littlefield June 16, 1957, in Kimball. They lived in Ne Raymer for five years and then moved to Stoneham in 1962. She was active with the day-to-day farm operation. She enjoyed ceramics and sewing and taught piano lessons for several years. She and her husband enjoyed singing together for community events. She enjoyed her grand-children most of all. She took care of several ill people in the community and family members over the years. She was a member of Christian Evan Free Church at New Raymer and the Windsong Chorus.
Mrs. Littlefield is survived by her husband Robert; daughters, Jo Dell Northup of New Raymer, Sandra Everhart of Yoder, and Lynnette Hanson of Walden; son Roger Littlefield of New Raymer; sisters, Margaret Meyer and Lorraine Delcamp of Bridgeport, Neb.; brothers, Vernon McEndaffer of Stoneham and David McEndaf fer of Fort Collins; and seven grandchildren.
