Satrina Roberts, 31, was charged with murder and child abuse in the death of Ciara Jobes, 15. Ciara's emaciated body, weighing just 73 pounds and badly bruised, was found by police in Roberts' kitchen in a Southeast Baltimore apartment Dec. 12.Ciara Jobes' grandmother won a $15 million lawsuit against Jobes' murderer, Satrina Roberts. Roberts is serving 40 years for second-degree murder and child abuse.
