Lucille Johnston, 91, died at Martin Hospital, South on June 11, 2013. Lucille was born in North Bergen, NJ to former assemblyman John J. Coyle and his wife Emma. She moved to Jensen Beach 30 years ago coming from Indian Orchard, MA.

Prior to retirement she was a receptionist for Dr. Michael Fogt for 15 1/2 years in Stuart, FL.

She was a member of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Jensen Beach, a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, the 1st President of Villa Assumpta Tenants Association and a member of the Writers Club.

Lucille was predeceased by her husband of 48 years George Johnston.

Survivors include son Glenn Johnston of Port St. Lucie, two grandsons Michael and his wife Ginny and Gregory Johnston of Port St. Lucie. Sisters Gertrude Matlack of Little Silver, NJ and Rosemary Sala of Waldwick, NJ and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be on Wednesday June 19, 2013 at 11:00AM at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Jensen Beach, FL. Inurnment will be at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart, FL.
