Amy, the daughter of Spencer and Hannah Wick Osborn, was born and raised in Bemidji MN. On Dec. 26, 1939 she married Edwin Childs.
Around 1941, they moved to the Portland OR area where a daughter, Maxine called Dolly, and a son, Bernie were born.
They moved to the Kelso WA area about 1948. Amy and Ed were divorced.
Amy owned and operated restaurants in the Kelso area before becoming a self employed antique dealer.
A second marriage to Bob Rose was May 7, 1951 in Skamania Co. WA.
Amy was known to her grandchildren as Shorty Granny. She lived to 60 years of age.
