Mrs. Schibley was the daughter of Bobby and Shirley Watkins of Talmo. She was born June 11, 1959, in Marietta, and had been a Florida resident since the early 70's, in both Pinellas and Pasco Counties. She worked at Elfers Christian Preschool for the past 17 years and graduated from Largo high school.
Survivors in addition to her parents include a daughter, Melissa Schibley, and grandson, Jase, Tennessee; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Robert Dobson, St. Petersburg, Fla.; brother, Jim Watkins, Talmo; niece and great-nephew, Michella Newman and Cole, St. Petersburg, Fla.; nephew and wife, Johnny and Cynthia Dobson, California; great-niece, Elizabeth Dobson; best friend and caregiver, Pat Blankenship; as well as many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Elfers, 4050 Redleaf Drive, New Port Richey, Fla. 34652, on Sunday, May 18, , at 1:30 p.m.
