Necy Loyce Butler Kelly was born Sunday, December 28, 1902 in Meridian, Mississippi to the union of Herbert Lewis Butler and Julia Alma Robinson Butler and died Tuesday, May 3, 1988 in Alexandria, Louisiana. Mrs. Kelly was a homemaker and a native of Pollock, Louisiana.

She is survived by four sons: Thaddies Eugene Kelly, George Dallas Kelly, Ernest Ray Kelly and Robert Richard Kelly, two daughters: Laura Louise Kelly Dykes and Luna Loyce Kelly Rowland, her sisters: Luna Vivian Butler Thomas, Ina Mae Butler Maggard and Martha Christine Butler Joyner, and her brother: Curtis Grover Butler.

She was preceded in death by her husband: George Norris Kelly, Jr., her parents: Herbert Lewis Butler and Julia Alma Robinson Butler, her sisters: Virgie Butler, Minnie Ora Butler Maggard, Lucy Ethel Butler Rutledge, and Earline Gladys Butler Deron, her brothers: William Earnest Butler, Sr., and James "Jim" Carson Butler, her paternal grandparents: George Washington "Wash" Butler and Temperance "Tempy" Louis Martin Butler, and her maternal grandparents: Louis Henry "Haney" Robinson and Martha Shannon Robinson.

Funeral services were held on Friday, May 6, 1988 at Rush Chapel under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville. Burial followed at Pollock Cemetery, Pollock.
