Visitation is 2 to 8 p.m. Monday. Mr. Harter died Saturday at Muscatine General Hospital. He was a construction worker.
Mr. Harter married Mildred Knouse in 1929 in Muscatine. He was a member of the Faith Untied Church of Christ.
