Dorothy Edith Clinton, 69, of Sac City died on Sunday, January 28, 1990, at the Parkview Manor in Sac City. Burial will be at the Vail Cemetery.
The former Dorothy Edith Ellis, was born a daughter of Frank and Grace (Nicodemus) Ellis on October 7, 1920, at Heron Lake, Minnesota. On November 28, 1937, she married Lyle V. Clinton at Early. She lived near Sac City and Early for most of her life. She was a homemaker and worked in the deli at the grocery store and in the dietary department at the hospital. She retired in 1980.
Survivors include a son, Bill; four daughters: Trellis, Jolene, Kathy, and Mary; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters: Neva, Bertha, and Opal; and two brothers: Percy and Vurl.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, one brother (Ivan), three sisters(Rachel, Gen, and Myrna), and two daughters, Michelle and Karen.
