Mary Alice "Ruth" Frogge, 72, of Memphis, died of lung disease Wednesday at her home. She was a daughter of Bennett Porter Francis and Lessie Leona Anderson Francis.
Mrs. Frogge, the widow of Glenn Correll Frogge, leaves a daughter, Joann Merrill, and two sons, John Frogge and Jerry Frogge, all of Memphis; a sister, Winefred F. Moore, and a brother, Robert A. Francis, both of Louisville, Kentucky; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Family Funeral Care with burial in Elk Springs Cemetery in Monticello, Kentucky.
The family requests that any memorials be sent to Methodist Alliance Hospice of Memphis or the charity of the donor's choice.
