The funeral services of Pvt Glen Elwyn Bellow, who died on April 1, 1952 of severe wounds received on March 31, in Korea caused by enemy shell, will be held in Fernwood M.E. Church on Saturday, June 14, at 2:30 p.m. Private prayer at the house at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Conley, pastor of the Willett Memorial church, Syracuse will have charge of the service. He will be assisted by Rev. Richard Cowley, pastor of the Baptist church, Fernwood, NY. Beside his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Charles, Donald and Lynn; also his grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Hosford. He was born in Liverpool, N.Y on May 24, 1933. He enlisted the day after his 18th birthday in 1951. He received his training in Camp Belvoir, Va., and on November 10th, he left for Korea. His remains were expected on Tuesday, June 10th Interment will be in the Mexico Village Cemetery.
