Sr. Patricia (Sr. St. Mark) Coatsworth, 82, died at Marymount Convent, Tarrytown, NY, March 1, 2012.
A Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary for 62 years, Sr. Patricia's first ministries were in education. She was teacher and then principal of Academy of the Sacred Heart of Mary, Sag Harbor, NY. She taught Sacred Heart of Mary Academy and Mother Butler Memorial HS, both Bronx, NY; Marymount School,Arlington,VA; and Sacred Heart of Mary HS, Rolling Meadows, IL. She was principal of Marymount School, Richmond, VA, and taught in Zimbabwe at Marymount School.
Sr. Patricia also ministered in the health care field at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, Norfolk, VA and with Women's Health Care of Virginia Beach, VA.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews and the members of her religious congregation.
