Delpha's middle name was Oral; He was called "D.O."
D. O. taught a men's Bible class for around 35-40 years at the First Baptist Church in Clinton, OK. His wife, Lee, taught Bible School to 5 & 6 year olds for many, many years.
His sisters Essie Inez (Nichols) Smith, #44448609, and Letha V.(Nichols) Adams, #60808220 are at Butler Cemetery.
Also his nephew, Donald Wayne Nichols (Adams), #60808215 (1930-1966) was killed in a private airplane crash near Riggins, Idaho. His nieces, Edna Irene (Smith)Jones- Stanley, #96971836, and her sister, Norma DeLois (Smith) Phillips has two entries: #44449369 and #96971750, both at Butler.
His brother Norvel Nichols is buried at Enid, Oklahoma. Another infant sister Docey O. Nichols (1889-1890) was born and died in Illinois.
I believe that Delpha's father are also at Butler Cemetery--John Robert Nichols. (checking).
