Inga's first husband was Petter Pedersen who died young of a heart attack while working on their farm in Stange. Peter was buried in same cemetery but the grave is unmarked. In Norway one had to pay for maintenance of a grave. If there is no maintenance after fifty years, the body is removed, and the gravesite assigned to another.
They had a daughter Ingeborg Petersen in addition to the three sons linked here.
