He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Billy and Debbie Crow of Texarkana, Arkansas; two grandchildren Jennifer Crow of Texarkana, Arkansas and John David Crow of Texarkana, Arkansas; two sisters Pat Shuman of Texarkana, Texas and Betty Ratliff of Texarkana, Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at East Memorial Gardens with Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
