Victim of Our Lady of Angels school fire, in which 92 children and 3 nuns perished. He was in room 212 (5th Grade), with 27 fatalities, which was lead by Sister Mary Clare Therese Champagne, who also perished from the fire.

Beloved son of George S. Jr. and Angeline, nee Tomasello; brother of Michael, Ronald and Marlene; grandson of George S. Cannella Sr. and Jennie Tomasello.
