Russian chocolatier and founder of Morozofu Kabu-shiki Gaisha, a cake and confectionary company based in Kobe, Japan. The comany is also well-known as the company that, in 1936, introduced Valentines Day to Japan.

Fedorovich Morozoff immigrated from Simbirsk in central Russia to avoid the Russian Civil War. He arrived with his family in Japan in 1922. In Kobe, he made friends with Pavel Vaskevich and Dmitrii Abrikossow, both diplomats to Japan for the subsequent Russian government.

Wrote the memoires "A Legacy to My Heirs".
