Emmy Award-winning television and film actress from Kingston, Jamaica best known for her roles on the miniseries "Roots"(1977),"Trapper John MD" and "Coming To America." Her final film role was the voice of the Lion Queen in Disney's "The Lion King" (1994). Sinclair died in Los Angeles in 1995 after a long courageous battle with leukemia. Madge I just found out today June 24, 2016, that you have passed on. You were a great actress in Trapper John MD and Coming to America. You were a true Jamaican and seek out what you wanted; the Jamaican community is proud of you. Rest in Peace.
