Actor. Born Raymond Kaplan, he was a handsome smooth natured performer in many films and television shows. He made his screen debut as an Native American in "Chief Crazy Horse" (1955), followed by "The Looters" (1955). Some of his most memorable performances were in "Onionhead" (1958), "Yellowstone Kelly" (1959), "Portrait of a Gangster" (1961), "The Longest Day" (1962), "Code Name: Jaguar" (1965) and "Apache Blood" (1975). He had countless TV series credits to include "Wagon Train", "77Sunset Strip", "The Alaskans", McCloud", "Hawaii Five-O" and "The Rockford Files". He also directed over 20 television series and produced a few TV documentaries. (bio by: John "J-Cat" Griffith)
