Rita A. (LaPointe) Barnett age 81 formerly of the Trotwood area, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the New Lebanon Care and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness.
Prior to her illness, Rita had attended the Happy Corner Church of the Brethren in Clayton. She is survived by her sister-in-law: Mary Lee LaPointe of Clayton, a daughter: Andell, granddaughter: Angela,and a great granddaughter: Sagan, a niece, nephews, other family members and friends.
She was preceded by her husband: Lloyd Barnett and sons: Skyler & Randy in 1975, parents: Paul & Melvina (Robinson) LaPointe, and a brother: Joseph LaPointe.
Graveside services will be held privately at Sunset Memory Gardens in Greenville. Arrangements by the Kindred Funeral Home, Englewood.
