Earlton, Kas., March 10. - Catherine Ursula Perry was born in Bellrock, Canada, January 9,1863, and died at Earlton, Kas., March 7, 1904, aged 41 years, 1 month, and 28 days. She removed with her parents to Kansas in 1870, and was united in marriage to Charles F. Lopeman June 1, 1879. Twelve children were the fruit of this union, eleven of whom survive her. She was a devoted wife, a faithful and loving mother, a good, kind and generous neighbor, honored and respected by all who knew her. She was at one time a member of the Baptist church, but later united with the United Brethren church. Truly, a good woman has gone from among us, and she will be greatly missed. Her husband and children have the sympathy of the entire community. The funeral was held March 9th and conducted b Rev. J. R. Chambers. It was largely attended.
