Nora Morrow Jones was born in the Binghampton neighborhood of Memphis, TN. in 1925. She died at the age of 82 on May 8, 2007, in Memphis, TN.

She went to Catholic grade and jr. high schools and attended Memphis Tech High School. She met her first husband, Earl Clift, there. Earl White Clift died on April 12, 1945, in Tullahoma, Tennessee, when he was 22 years old during a training flight.
She later married Bob Morrow. He died after 23 years of marriage. Her third husband was Bob Jones.

She was a dedicated gardener and enjoyed koi ponds and the wildlife the garden invited. She was a league bowler for a number of years.

Her children survive her; Robert E. Morrow, Carol A. Morrow, David L. Morrow, Nancy M. Morrow, Sharon L. Jones and Kathy M. Richardson; her grandchildren, Anna Corruccini and Joseph Corruccini; and two brothers, Ray Jones and Rudy Jones.
