Edgar Allen "Mr. Ed" Helbig, 74, of 1550 North Parkway, Apt. 610, service representative for the Medcor X-ray Systems, died at 5:15 a.m. yesterday, October 24, 1982 at Methodist Hospital.
Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Left to mourn him were his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Cross Helbig; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Juanita Martin of Memphis, two sons, Richard Eugene Helbig of KNoxville and Walter Allen Helbig of Medford Lakes, NJ; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
