Burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown.
He was a Methodist. Mr. Billingsley, the widower of Jane Billingsley, leaves two sons, Jack Billingsley of Byhalia and James R. Bingham of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; a sister, Larue Swanger of Hughes, Ark.; a companion with whom he lived, Evelyn Cox, and four grandchildren.
