Funeral services are 2 p.m. Monday at Cody Methodist Church with the Rev. W.B. Corlett officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery.
Mr. Pederson was born March 15, 1911, in Stoughton, Wis., a son of Mr. and Mrs. Hawkin Pederson. He went to Roundup as a orphan at the age of 16, and lived in Montana until 1951, when he moved to Cody.
He married Della I. Wells Feb. 4, 1939 at Roundup. He worked on ranches most of his life.
Survivors include the widow; two sons, Dan and Mikel, both of Cody: four daughters, Mrs. Lois Kirkpatrick, of San Leandro, Calif., Mrs Eva Perkins, of Cheyenne, Wyo., Mrs. Mary Van Dyke of Meeteetse, Wyo., and Mrs. Betty Capron, of Cody; and eight grandchildren. Ballard Funeral Home is in charge.
