"Wright, Rev. William, was born in Otsego County, N. Y., and converted at the age of seventeen years. He was connected with the Erie Quarterly Meeting, and after his ordination in 1842, with the Chautauqua and French Creek
Q.M's. Later he resided in Iowa, being in feeble health, and died Aug. 11, 1877, aged 74 years."

He was a Free Baptist minister. He married Lovica (Unk) abt 1824 in NY; [Louisa: 1808-1884] Their children shown on census and Family Trees:
