Mrs. Pauline Zule Dies, 51, Oct 1, 1948
Lived in County More Than 40 Years After Coming As Girl From Virginia.

Mrs. Pauline Zule, 51 of rural route two, Fairmount, a resident of Leavenworth County for more than 40 years, died yesterday afternoon at Cushing Memorial Hospital. She had been in failing health for several months and confined to the hospital the past three weeks.

Mrs. Zule was born February 12, 1897, in Overall, Va., a daughter of the late William J. Linaweaver and Mrs. Elizabeth Linaweaver, who came to Leavenworth nearly 50 years ago. She was a member of the Michigan Avenue Methodist Church.

Surving her are four sons, Eugene Zule, rural route one:, William Zule, rural route three: Robert Zule, Leavenworth, and Daryl Zule, McLouth: her mother, Mrs ElizabetLinaweaver, Fairmount: one sister, Mrs. GenevaSeals, Kansas City, Kas: one brother, Claude Linaweaver, rural route two, and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 Friday afternoon at the Sexton Funeral Chapel. Rev John Hodge, pastor of the Easton methodist Church, will officate and burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery at Basehor. The body will remain at the funeral chapel until the hour of services.

Funeral services fro Mrs. Pauline Zule, 51, rural route two, Fairmount, who died Wed afternoon at Cushing Memorial Hospital following an illness of several weeks, were held at 3:30 PM today at the Sexton funeral chapel. Rev. John
Hodge, pastor of the Easton Methodist Church, officiated and burial was in Glenwood Cemetery near Basehor.

Pallbearers were Walter Linaweaver, Glenn Linaweaver, Carl Linaweaver, Bernie Yats, Harold Cook and Alvin Cook.
