OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)
Rev. Fredick T. Snyder, 79, Sarasota, FL, died at 11:00pm Saturday, July 22, 2000, in Sarasota. He was at the son of Thomas B. and Verna (Knee) Snyder.
Rev. Snyder as a Brethren minister in churches in Marion, Wabash, Mexico and Twelve Mile, and in Sarasota and Manatee counties in Florida. He was a World II Navy veteran and was a survivor of the attack on Pearl Harbor.
He was a charter and life member of the Somerset Lions Club, and was a member of the Wabash First Brethren Church. He was the first president of the Somerset Relocation and Development Corportation, Somerset.
He is survived by his wife Betty Lou (Denman) to whom he was married July 18, 1944; a son, Thomas R. Snyder, Wabash; one dauther, Beverly Vogel, Marion; a brother, Larry Knee, Marion; a sister, Kathleen Yoder, Valrico, FL; and four grandchildren. One daughter is deceased.
Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Home, Wabash IN. Preferred memorials are to the Wabash First Brethren Church, 411 North Huntington St.
