Sarah Harvey Chilton Times December 9, 1876

On Sunday, November 26, 1876, after a painful illness, of one year at her home in the town of Harrison, Calumet County, Mrs. Sarah Harvey, mother of Henry B. Harvey, Route Agent on the Wisconsin Central R.R.
The deceased was born in Upwell, Co. of Norfolk, Old England, and came to the United States 22 years ago. She resided in Milwaukee two years and then removed with husband and family to Calumet County. Nearly all of our readers will remember that Mr. Harvey met with a fatal accident in November 1867—gored to death by an infuriated bull. She was the mother of ten children, five of whom like the lover of her youth, were called in advance of mother. Another is a wanderer on God's footstool's and his where abouts are unknown. The other four offspring reside in this county—three sons and one daughter—the daughter and one son are married. In addition she leaves to mourn her departure eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was a faithful wife, a fond mother and a true Christian and all who knew her will regret her departure, and sincerely sympathize with the afflicted friends.
