Emmet was united in marriage to Edna Lane on August 3,1893. To this union one daughter Beulah Forrest Tucker was born.
They moved to Axtell Kansas in 1903 and in 1904 they moved to Jewell County where he resided until his death.
He was a loving, faithful husband and a devoted father and a wonderful grandfather.
He was converted into the Methodist Church in Palaska, Illinois and was a member of the Mankato Methodist church.
He was a member of the Modern Woodman over 50 years.
