Linda quietly slipped away at 3:45pm today, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of William "Bill" Pike, mother of two daughters, Lisa and Heather and grandmother of 4. She is also survived by her brother, Earl.

As we mourn her leaving us, we know she is now free of pain and affliction.

Linda E. (Sladek) Pike, a resident of Southampton since 1971, passed away Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was 64.

She was the beloved wife of 44 years to William A. Pike Jr.; loving mother of Lisa H. Pike, Heather K. Laub (John George Jr.), and Scott Freer; sister of Earl N. Sladek (Barbara); grandmother of Hailey, Michelle, Samantha, and John George Laub III. She also is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial service at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, in James J. McGhee Funeral Home, Second Street Pike and Belmont Ave., Southampton, where family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Mary Medical Center Foundation c/o Diabetic Center, 1 Summit Square, Suite 300, 1717 Langhorne-Newtown Road, Langhorne, PA 19047.
