Spelling of name at birth was Carey. Her obituary indicated-Carrie. This information of the difference was taken from

Mrs. Carrie Ensley, 37, a former resident of Springfield, died at her home in Cleveland, Wednesday morning.
The remains will arrive in Springfield, Friday afternoon and will be taken to the Jackson Funeral home.
She had been survived by her husband, Harry Ladru Ensley, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Cyrus and Matilda Cynthia (Payne Brandle) Ensley of 563 Sherman Avenue, at the time of her death.
