Frank was a son of John Fairfield Adams & Phoebe Jane Goodale.
He enlisted on 13 Sep 1864 in Company "G", 1st Maine Cavalry [Civil War] and was mustered out on 28 May 1865.
He was living with his parents in Biddeford, York County, Maine in the 1850 census and was with them in Auburn, Androscoggin County, Maine in the 1860 census.
He died of arterio sclerosis at the U.S. National Home for Disabled Volunteerr Soldiers, Eastern Branch, at Togus in Chelsea, Kennebec County, Maine on 16 Jan 1921.
His widow, Margaret, was living at 152 Swiss Street in Lowell, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
