Barbara Ann DeWitz Abken passed away on November 25, 2007 at Kadlec Medical Center after a long battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Barbara was born on March, 24, 1944 at Owens Ranch in the Horse Heaven Hills of Washington. She was a graduate of Kennewick High School and a long-time employee of George Grant Construction, Inc.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold DeWitz; father, William Abken; brother, William Abken, JR.; and father-in-law, Jess DeWitz.

Barbara is survived by her mother, Dorothy Abken, sons Tom (Lesa) and Tim (Carrie); brother, Harvey Abken (Sue); sister, Jeri Henkel and mother-in-law; Eula DeWitz; grandchildren Kayley, Lauren, Caden, Cylvonna, Londen and Tre.

The family invites you to join them on Saturday, December, 1, 2007 from 2-5:00 PM at 2160 Sheridan Pl, South Richland in Celebration of Barbara's Life.
