Lee loved his position as an engineer with union Pacific Railroad and retired with over 30 years of service. Lee had deep and adoring passion for his wife and children. His grandchildren looked up to their "pop." He captivated everyone with his humorous and detailed storytelling. Lee's motto "where there's a will, there's a way" came from his grandfather "Paw Ed" whom he loved dearly. Lee was gifted in many areas as he often demonstrated in automobiles, home projects, and whatever captured his curiosity. He loved the Lord with all of his heart. He was unashamed as he often spoke of the life Jesus gave for each and every one of us. He was born again into the kingdom of God September 19, 1984. He worshiped at the Pentecostals of Alexandria until his family moved to Thibodaux, where they attended House of Prayer. Lee loved and appreciated his pastors for shepherding him and his family. Lee was blessed to be a part of the ministry "Messiah" production as a lead Roman soldier for many years. His love for people left a contagious smile on all who knew and loved him. When he was not "tinkering" on a random project, he would enjoy fishing, gardening, or cooking. Pallbearers are Randall Bardwell, Randy Bardwell, Steve LaCaze, Jeff Dubea, Gary Bonner, and Danny Fitzgerald. Honorary Pallbearers are Earl Dubea and Markie Macera.
