Civil War veteran. Company C, 11th Missouri Infantry and Company C, 1st Missouri Rifles/11th Missouri Infantry.
Withrow, Dr. Harry, died at 10 p.m. Thursday, May 25, 1922, at Beaver, Pa., of complications at the age of 81 years, 6 months and 23 days. Remains will arrive in Springfield over the C. & A. railroad Sunday and will be taken direct to Oak Ridge cemetery, where short services will be held at the grave.
Suriving are his wife, Mrs. Susan Withrow; one son, Beaumont Withrow; two brothers, Lee R. Graham and Z. D. Graham, and one sister, Mrs. Francis Richardson.
Mr. Withrow served in Company C, Eleventh Missouri infantry as lieutenant and was a member of Stephenson Post, No. 30, G. A. R., who will have charge of the services at the grave. IL State Journal, Springfield, IL 5-27-1922
