Norman L. Maderer, born June 9, 1928 in Robstown, Texas, went home peacefully to be with his Lord on Jan 29, 2012, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Norman loved the Lord and devoted his life to Him.
He is preceded in death by his wife Betty of 55 years, brother and parents. He is survived by his wife Barbara, five children and spouses, nine grandchildren and spouses, fourteen great- grandchildren along with other family and friends.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012 at Brookside Cypress Creek. Graveside services 9:00 am, Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012 at Forest Park Westheimer followed by a Memorial service at West End Baptist Church in Industry, Texas at 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christian Radio Stations KEY in Provo, Utah, KHCB in Houston, Texas or West End Baptist Church, Industry, Texas.
