Amelia was born in Klein, Montana, on July 29, 1912, a daughter of the late Martin and Mary Hosner Meznarich. She loved to play pinochle and was a great cook and baker. She owned and operated the Range Café in Hamilton for several years with her sister. Ann Barcellos. She was an active member of the Eagles, Rebecca and Moose lodges. Amelia Bedey, longtime resident of Hamilton, died Monday, February 11, 2013, at the Discovery Care Center in Hamilton, Montana.
Survived By: Her son, Robert E. "Bob" Bedey, of Hamilton; daughter-in-law, Bette J. Bedey, of Hamilton; seven grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
Preceded In Death By: Her husband, Frank W. Bedey Sr.; son, Frank Bedey Jr.; two brothers; and four sisters.
