Milton Black, 53 years old, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. E.F. Taylor, 455 East Barner Street, at 9 o'clock last night. Death was due to tuberculosis with which he had been suffering for several months. Surviving are two sons, Ercie Black, who resides in Colorado, and John Black, of this city, and one daughter, Mrs. Thomas Grant of Wichita, Kansas, besides his sister, Mrs. Taylor, and an uncle, Uriah Black of Michigantown. Mr. Black was born in Montgomery county and when a small child, removed with his parents to Michigantown, in this county. He was married there, and in 1892 removed with his family to Wichita, Kansas. His wife died in Wichita several years ago. About a year ago he contracted a heavy cold which developed into tuberculosis. During last October he came to Frankfort to reside with his sister. The funeral will be held from the residence of Mrs. E.F. Miller, Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock, conducted by Rev. A. M. Cummins of the U.B. church.
