Norman was born September 4, 1915, in Opheim, Montana where his parents, Harley and Alma (Lange) Warner were homesteaders.
At the age of 7 weeks his parents moved to Saginaw, Michigan where he lived most of his life.
He married Laura Beulah Hyslop December 20, 1940, she survives him.
He attended Arthur Hill High School.
He was in the U.S. Army in the South Pacific during World War II. He worked at Saginaw Division of GMC for 42 years.
He was a member of West Michigan Avenue and Swan Valley United Methodist churches in Saginaw, singing in the choirs and serving on church boards.
Upon his retirement in 1978 he moved to Gaylord, and was a member of First United Methodist church, and later a member of the Evangelical Free Church, and adult bible study group, and the "55+ Club".
He is survived by his wife; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by 2 sisters, Ruth Leach and Violet Arndt; and 2 brothers, Howard Warner and Harold Warner.
Burial to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
