Elizabeth Hannah Culter, daughter of Jacob and Catherine Cutler married Isaac Newton Frisbie (Frisbee) February 22, 1835 Richmond, Madison County, Kentucky. Elizabeth was widowed sometime between 1843 and 1850 in Missouri. She left Missouri and arrived in California about 1853. Elizabeth married Judge Marion William Gordon February 24, 1854 at Benica, Solano County, California.
The 1860 US Fedral census of Amador County, CA lists Elizabeth, spouse Marion Wm and 3 children; Marion W, George Andrew and Elizabeth 'Lizzie'
The 1870 Amador census lists Elizabeth, spouse and 2 sons.
The 1900 Amador census lists Elizabeth as widowed and living with son George A. and his family.
